A notice of opposition (Form TM-O) under Section 21 of the Trade Marks Act, 1999, opposing a mark advertised in the Trade Marks Journal that conflicts with your earlier or well-known mark — setting out your rights and the grounds of opposition. Must be filed within 4 months of advertisement.
